Once inside the casino, many of the slot machines had a little sign that said it had been sanitized. At that point you go to another security guard where they ask you to pull down your mask and look towards the camera for facial recognition purposes. He did not ask me if I said yes to any of the questions he just gave me a wristband and allowed me to go in. He then asked me if I had read the four questions on a poster I said no and proceeded to read them. Well, when I got there for my reservation, I was asked by security for my confirmation email and photo ID. Well I went today and was VERY DISAPPOINTED! I understood there would be COVID-19 screening, I would have to wear a mask at all times and I would only have 2 hours, there would be partitions between machines and they would be sanitized after each use and a sign would indicate it had been sanitized. You have to book a reservation online, in advance, for a specific day and time slot. They are only allowed 50 people at a time. I was escorted to get back into the casino(s). The food was dry so we asked for extra sauce which came 10 mins later.So they’ve just opened recently since COVID-19 restrictions have allowed. the food finally arrived but no salad, I asked where the salad was, apparently they forgot, I told her I no longer wanted the salad. The waiter continued to make excuses but would not offer an apology. the wait we asked the waiter what the hold up was, we were told that the kitchen was busy, 15 minutes later we asked how long it would be, we were told the kitchen was busy it would be out soon, we told the waiter it's been over an hour, to which we were asked if we wanted our food or not! I told the waiter I would like the food, not an attitude. Our meal arrived 1 hour 15 minutes after arrival! 50 minutes into. Bad service is pretty normal here but this time we seriously felt like they really don't care about their customers! My friend and I decided to dine at Affy's on a Friday evening.
